It may be 11:15PM, but I finally got my workout in, #day30of100. I fell behind this week and missed having a consistent 30-day streak of exercise. That bums me out, not gonna lie. I took time to talk with my coach @darlin14e today, then used her tip of just pressing "play" with the allowance of doing low energy if needed, and it was enough.

Tonight's routine was Re-vibe, thankfully, which is all about stretching. I LOVE stretching and yoga, so this was perfect. I needed to move slowly, take time to let my tension go, and refocus my mind and body for another round of exercise... I think I'm ready to get back to it, guys. I'm recommitting tonight 👊🏻👍🏻
